I called Vanessa with SERVPRO on a Sunday afternoon and she answered which I thought I would get a voicemail. She was extremely professional, and made an appointment to come out the next day to assess my mold and water damage. Prior to talking to Vanessa, I obtained two other quotes from other vendors. Upon receiving Vanessa‘s quote, it was $7000 less than the first quote and $3000 last on the second quote. I sent the invoice to the $10,000 vendor to inquire what she isn’t doing that he would be doing and he said you should work with Vanessa because they’re going to do the same work and he recommends SERVPRO. I hired Vanessa immediately - I can’t say enough good things. Her team was very professional and explained exactly what would take place and time frame and contacted me with updates each time they went by. Vanessa was willing to work with my insurance company and she knew exactly what paperwork to submit and was very patient in receiving the payment from them. The job was completed on the day quoted and her team nicely picked up their equipment. My faucet failed overnight..my kitchen and laundry room were impacted with water. My insurance company told me to contact SERVPRO in my area. Regina answered and said Vanessa would be right over. Had water damage, serve pro came out and set up machines to dry out water.

I made a call to SERVPRO of Antioch and they came the same day. Found the problem of the leak I was having and arrived with their equipment to dry out and dehumidify the area. That process eliminated the need to rip up additional flooring and walls. They were able to remove my hardwood floor in my pantry and kitchen and then remove the glue from the entire floor readying it to have the contractor perform his services. I would recommend SERVPRO of Antioch for all my restoration needs. You won’t get better in the industry.
