We used SERVPRO after we discovered a leak in our kitchen coming from the dishwasher. Junior and his team arrived quickly and immediately got to work to help minimize the water damage. Alan personally FaceTimed me, and assured me that we were in good hands and he was there to assist me in dealing with our insurance company. Junior and his team were always on time, very professional, were in regular communication with our insurance company, and we received daily emails as to the status of the remediation. We were brand new homeowners when the water leak occurred and SERVPRO went above and beyond to make the process as stress free as possible.
These guys all helped me under very stressful conditions due to a faulty roof that caused major water damage to the inside of my home while I was out of state dealing with a surgery for my young son. My entire floors, walls and ceilings were damaged and through it all this team saw to it that the repairs and the work was done efficiently, professionally and expeditiously. I am in awe of how well I was treated and how wonderful their services have been. I will return to a home that I truly believe is in much better conditions than the home I left during the repairs due to their hard work and dedication.
