Experienced a major water leak through the ceiling of my condo, hired Sam at SERVPRO of North Sacramento to clean up. Can't speak highly enough of him and his team! Great job of cleaning up and drying out, customer service was terrific, friendly and calming during a stressful time. He provided constant updates so I always knew where things were at, along with detailed documentation of the whole process. Very helpful in dealing with insurance company as well. I called this location amongst a host of other companies. This company stuck out while shopping around. The customer service on the phone was extremely friendly and they were willing to come to my site within the hour.
They visited the job site and got started shortly after dealing with the insurance procedures. They were very helpful with the whole ordeal. Insurances could be a pain in the A$$, but they made the process a much smoother and pleasant one.

Like all the other great reviews, I just can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have Sam and his crew help us out. We had a water leak that had been going on for awhile, so we had mold. We have never had anything like this happen before, but they came in and fixed things right up. They are very professional, from Christine in the office to the crew that showed up everyday.
