The owners, Sam and Hiba, are trustworthy, professional, and efficient in their business practices and also very pleasant to work with. During the rainy weather my tenant noticed wet carpet in the dining area. At first we worked with the Home Owner's Association to determine source of water leak. This was an installation issue, it was not covered by the HOA. I contacted my trustworthy HOA manager to recommend a water restoration company; she gave me three recommendations, "in no particular order." SERVPRO was one of them. I then looked up all three companies on Yelp. I picked SERVPRO of NORTH SACRAMENTO for 3 reasons: 1) my trustworthy HOA manager had recommended them to me, 2) it's All Five Star Yelp reviews felt genuine to me, and 3) my State Farm claim adjuster told me that SERVPRO is one of their approved companies. After getting a prompt estimate from Hiba, I knew that I needed the work done ASAP to prevent further water damage. Normally I would get at least one more estimate. I decided not to delay and picked Sam and Hiba because I felt totally comfortable with them. I was not disappointed. Sam and his crew did an excellent job. Part of a common wall and carpet were removed due to water damage and mold contamination. Then the area was disinfected. Next 6 dryers were put in place--3 in each affected room--the driers ran for 72 hours, collecting a substantial amount of water while simultaneously drying affected areas. Sam explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I could not have been more satisfied with the work done by Sam, Hiba, and their crew. I give SERVPRO of NORTH SACRAMENTO my highest recommendation without reservation!!!
We had a "little" flood around Thanksgiving in our kitchen from an unknown leak under our sink. After mopping up what water I could & putting my own fan on it for days, there was still a musty smell. One of my daughters who knows the dangers of mold did research and found SERVPRO of North Sacramento. After the holidays, I finally called them mid-January and they were able to come right out to assess the situation, indicating it was going to be a bigger job than we expected. They worked within our insurance company's requirements but also helped us to get what was fair regarding the replacement damage. We SO appreciate Hiba, Sam and their team! They were professional, careful, quick, efficient, and emotionally supportive of our situation. I would Highly recommend SERVPRO of North Sacramento to anyone with water or mold issues!

Like all the other great reviews, I just can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have Sam and his crew help us out. We had a water leak that had been going on for awhile, so we had mold. We have never had anything like this happen before, but they came in and fixed things right up. They are very professional. I highly recommend them!! Thank you so much SERVPRO North Sacramento.

Sam and Hiba provide amazing service! They were quick to respond, provided a competitive estimate, and did great work. I think my house was cleaner when they left than when they started. They made a relatively icky situation - water and mold damage from a leaking air conditioner - not as painful as it could have been. I would highly recommend them.

The men who helped me did an amazing job! Paul, Anthony and Rafael were all very helpful and careful when it came to my things. They were patient as well! Amazing customer service! I recommend them to anyone who is going through fire damage or any type of damage to their home! They even went as far as unclogging my drain when it was pouring. Perfect job!
