Quick shoutout to the team at ServPro. I had a flood of both upstairs and downstairs and they have been great with both the dry-out and teardown. They sealed off all areas with plastic sheets with zippers to make it easy to still get around the house. I plan on using them for restoration of all the damage. Big thanks to Henry, Steven, Mike, Jason and anyone else that has been working on my house. Great company and service.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognize the excellent service we received from Servpro during the mitigation process caused by a water leak at our home. I am very happy and satisfied with the work completed by the team, especially Mr. Henry and Alberto. They were professional, courteous, and reliable throughout the entire project. Every day, they gave me a heads-up before arriving at our home and took the time to explain what work would be done that day. This meant a lot to me, especially since I am currently pregnant, as it helped me prepare and made the process much less stressful. They also made sure all of our belongings were carefully wrapped and protected. I truly appreciated the care and respect they showed for our home. On top of that, they completed the mitigation process quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of their work. Jason and his team were outstanding. They arrived quickly and promptly began mitigating the risk. Based on Jason’s work ethic I would recommend your company to all I know. However, the office staff did not provide me with full disclosure and have not completed the job. I give them a poor score to date. I am waiting to see how they remedy the completion of the job.
