The gentleman that did the work was great. He was helpful and informative. He had an excellent attitude. We were very pleased with everything he did, he came late in the evening to help us out.

As a Farmers agent, I've helped and sent many people over to SERVPRO for their claim repairs and needs, but I've never really understood the level of care that is provided by SERVPRO. I actually had the opportunity to experience that level of care when my washer leaked and water spread throughout the entire downstairs of my home. I had never been in that situation before, so my initial thought process was to just dry the water with every single piece of cloth I could find (Water was everywhere). My wife instructed me to call a restoration company to make sure that there was no moisture in the floor, and I told her that I'm sure there wasn't because I dried it all up pretty good. But I listened, and the first person I could think to call was Nichole with SERVPRO. I called her up and she came right over, assessed the water damage and they got to work right away. They were friendly, and they were efficient and they took care of every single concern or question that I had. Everything in my home is fixed back to normal now, and I am glad that I experienced that because now I can understand the care and attentiveness SERVPRO gives to their clients. I give them 10/10 on the insureds side, and 10/10 on the agent's side.
