I've heard horror stories about restoration folks... but they certainly don't apply to this SERVPRO team! They showed me readings all over the place to make sure dehumidifiers, etc. were appropriately placed. They comforted me and walked me through a strategy to fix what happened. And it went flawlessly as planned. They came in, hooked up and left their equipment and removed it within but a few day's time! I thought it was going to be much more intensive.
I hope I never have to hire them again, but I'd be thrilled to recommend them to anyone.
It can be super stressful when you have an emergency. I for one was quite panicked. SERVPRO came in the middle of the night and stayed until everything was taken care of. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. If you ever have a flood, fire or mold, I suggest you call Brandon and his SERVPRO staff. You will not regret it.
