Used SERVPRO as requested by insurance company after we had a fire within the wall behind fireplace. Fire department did their job and left a mess.
Nima, Matt, and Marisol came today and did their cleanup & prep. They were professional, courteous, quick and thorough. Marisol will return tomorrow with her crew to do a HEPA cleaning. The first time they came before I could even get a claim number from Homeowners Insurance and cleaned up a truly disgusting mess that left almost $20K of damage. They were compassionate and worked with me to resolve all the associated issues that arose from tearing out walls, including finding asbestos!! Making a long accolade short, OMAR and MATT came out the second time and knew just what to do. The mess is cleaned up, and now the rebuild can begin. Thank you SERVPRO. You made this awful experience easy and comforting.
