Nobody wants to deal with any kind of disaster scenario. But if you need to, you simply need to work with this company. I came home to a burst pipe that had run for 7-9 hours. Thankfully, my neighbor had SERVPRO's phone number, and I was amazed. They showed up in less than two hours and were there till about 1 in the morning. Over the next couple of weeks, they were at my house almost daily, drying out the house, packing me up (yes, they do that too!) dealing with various flood/water issues with me and my insurance company and keeping me in the loop.
