Wonderful team to work with! I cannot speak highly enough of Matt and his team. We unfortunately had some water damage in our kitchen happening for probably months (leak gradually got worse, eventually affecting our downstairs neighbor) as first time property owners we had so many questions, were clueless on what to expect and typical timelines to get all the damaged assessed, demo and fixed. From day one when we met Matt, he was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and also gave us tips on what to expect/ask once their part of the project was done. Set the date and time for his team to begin the demolition and clean up. His team arrived right on time, we met Jonathan and assessed what needed to be done, then broke down what they were going to be doing, and estimated to finish their job by the end of day! The entire team, even the admin agents helping with the scheduling and payments, were polite, efficient, and professional.
