Servpro has been fantastic to work with, highly recommend. They were called in after my mom’s upstairs neighbor flooded her condo. The upstairs neighbor had hired an unlicensed contractor to remodel their kitchen, and he stepped on a fire sprinkler head (pro tip: never hire an unlicensed contractor). Servpro immediately came out to help remedy the situation. They did everything and made the process so easy - packing her belongings out, the demo work, drying her condo, then putting it all back together. Their quote came in lower than other contractors and they were capable of working with insurance quickly so work could begin. The work was finished in half the time they had initially quoted, which was awesome and unexpected. The work is fantastic, it looks better than it did before! Really what prompted me to write a review was the customer service - Justin was my main point of contact and was communicative, answered all my questions, and was so kind listening and helping us get through this experience. Thank you!!

From the initial remediation through the reconstruction, everyone was professional, responsive, helpful, and made the entire process much easier on us. Servpro came to our rescue, we had a lot of water damage. Came and worked all night trying to save our house and belongings. All of there staff was kind and very helpful.we are very grateful that they were here to help .
