We had a water leak in our home and my insurance company sent SERVPRO of Petaluma/Rohnert Park/Santa Rosa to inspect the damage, remove wet building materials, and dry out surrounding areas to prevent further damage and mold growth.Daniel, Christopher, and Alejandro were the technicians assigned to my insurance claim.These guys were a class act all the way: polite, professional, and skilled. They went right to work and knew what they were doing. They explained at various steps exactly what was being done, and why.
