David & his crew at SERVPRO Lancaster East were absolutely AMAZING!!! We (20 monks) were evacuated due to the threat of the Bobcat fire. Although our structures weren’t burnt, they suffered extensive smoke damage. We were away from home for a month, longing to return… but couldn’t until we found a trusted company that would restore our facilities back to healthy & safe living conditions. David came to our rescue! He took what was a large overwhelming project and made it seem like it was a walk in the park. He maintained his confident, positive, and professional attitude throughout the duration of the project never allowing us to stress or worry or question that all would be alright at the end. And the best part of it all was that it was more than alright at the end! David & his crew delivered on his word and went above and beyond to make sure our facilities (over 30 buildings) were smoke & hazard-free. We don't know what we would have done without him. After water damage, he was the only one to answer and be there despite his long day. Love this company
David Garibay was sent over to Texas after the huge snowstorm that hit here, once all the pipes started bursting from the coldness. Our company Valentine Premier Construction ran into David and his crew while inspecting a home they were mitigating and asked if we could help out. Well, we said of course and away we went. He gave us some great referrals that became renovations for us. Very professional, helpful, on hand, and very knowledgeable. Thank you David very much!
