Northridge Cleanup and Restoration

This review is for Suzette specifically. Suzette's customer service is top-notch. During a time of great stress when my upstairs neighbors' toilet broke and flooded my unit, she was a calm voice. I cannot say enough, good things about Suzette. I am keeping her in my phone in case I ever need her again. Servpro Is lucky to have somebody so professional. Thanks again, Suzette.

Unfortunately we had a toliet leak that flooded the upstairs bathroom and leaking to downstairs. Mercury sent servpro to start drying everything up. this is not our first time needing servpro and not this first time they have been so amazing. This round Mike came out evaluated the situation, gave amazing advice and customer service. Suzette is the voice over the phone who helps coordinate and is so pleasant. Highly recommend the servpro crew everyone who came into the house to set up and complete work super polite and hard working.
