Things You Should Know about HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning

First, system access to the duct interiors should be made through existing openings. This could be via:

  • Duct end caps.

On April 8, 2016, I discovered what turned out to be an under-slab water leak.  My Kitchen (cabinets), Bathroom, Dining Room, Breakfast nook, Family Room, and downstairs entry and hallway were all damaged.  All of our laminate floors had to be removed. It was a big mess. SERVPRO of Northridge and Granada Hills arrived promptly after they were called. Their staff is very professional. They very carefully packed everything impacted by the leak using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. Then they relocated it to our living room at my request.  I was very positively impressed by the respect they showed towards our stuff.
