I found water and mold damage from my neighbor's unit right after Thanksgiving. Servpro was hired through the hoa. This review is only for the demolition and mold remediation/ mitigation phase led by Shane's team. (The reconstruction phase is currently underway.) My mother's home insurance company referred us to Servpro when she discovered damage from water that had leaked from one of the bathrooms into the walls and hallway. This project required my mother to temporarily stay at a hotel, which is difficult for her because she is older and very attached to the home. Shane was very understanding of the situation and worked hard to get the mold addressed in a timely manner. He was also very accommodating and patient around my mother's needs.
