Well, I honestly can't say anything bad about this business. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was very professional and timely. Had a lot of water damage due to the surprising LA rains this year, and Suzette from SERVPRO came highly recommended from a colleague. Within days Suzette's team began work on restoring my house, and removing mold. She answered the phone every time I called, no matter how early or late, and was always willing to provide updates or answers. I think more businesses should take a page out of her book, because she's doing something right. While I hope to never have water damage again, if I do, I'd call SERVPRO of Northridge (Suzette and Scott) immediately.
On April 8, 2016, I discovered what turned out to be an under-slab water leak. My Kitchen (cabinets), Bathroom, Dining Room, Breakfast nook, Family Room, and downstairs entry and hallway were all damaged. All of our laminate floors had to be removed. It was a big mess. SERVPRO of Northridge and Granada Hills arrived promptly after they were called. Their staff is very professional. They very carefully packed everything impacted by the leak using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. Then they relocated it to our living room at my request. I was very positively impressed by the respect they showed towards our stuff. They did not miss any days and always arrived promptly when expected. I hope you never suffer from a flood but if you do, these are the people to call.
