Arbor Cleanup and Restoration

Thank You, Julio and the SERVPRO Team We recently experienced a flood in our home, and Julio from SERVPRO made a very stressful situation much easier for us. From day one, Julio was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. He always kept us updated on what he was doing and what would happen next, which we really appreciated. He took great care of our home, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure the area was properly protected and ready for reconstruction. What we appreciated most was simply how much care Julio put into everything. He treated our home with respect, and it was clear that he takes pride in his work. On a personal note, our dog Toby absolutely loved him and looked forward to seeing him every day, which says a lot about the kind of person Julio is. We’re truly grateful to Julio and the SERVPRO team for helping us through a difficult experience. Thank you, Julio, for taking such good care of our home and making this process a little easier for us.

I don’t usually post any review , but I would want to this time. This company, SERVEPRO I accidentally came across with went over the top. I had an emergency water spill in my toilet tank, and they came and helped me right away. It was a Labor Day weekend , and they managed to come out here to do the necessary work to control the damage . Mr Julio Silias did the job more than expected of him . Very professional and dedicated to his job and very honest . He worked until after work hours to make sure that everything was taken care of . And came back every day to continue working . I don’t even need to be home the whole time . And Mr Bola, the Manager overseeing everything was very committed to the job. Very patient and did all the necessary reporting to my insurance company . He took the time to check everything , on all corners and spaces that needs to be reported to keep my house in good standing, by doing an accurate reporting and investigating on the actual damages this water incident has don’t to my house. He was very reassuring and made sure that will other best to restore my house in shape . I can never thank them enough for helping me make this less stressful as it was . I will strongly recommend this company to anyone who would have the same problem. KUDOS TO YOU BOTH & SERVPRO for all your help!!!🙏

After a flooding damaged our floor, our HoA commissioned ServPro to do the demolition and recovery. Due to the process on our HoA and legal involved the whole thing took well over 6 months but ServPro had always been very quick to respond and accommodate our requests. They are expensive but fortunately insurance covered it, but the assigned project manager Kayode Okunuga has been extremely patient with our change requests and has shown great flexibility. We did have to ask few things because I like to things to be well documented and completely clear, but Kayode has accommodated most of my requests. Thank you.

We had such a great experience with SERVPRO, especially with Emanuel and Brandon! They have been doing repairs at our dental office, and we couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done. Both of them have been professional, friendly, respectful, and hardworking throughout the entire process.
