I had some water damage at my house and this business was recommended by my friend. They were very friendly and professional and helped me set up an appointment quickly. I really appreciate how prompt they were and would recommend them to others as well.

We had a great experience with this company! They were on time and very professional. Valentino, Will, Cameron and one other guy (Dashar?) worked very hard to ensure our flood issues were taken care of! They cleaned before they left and took care of our home well.

Dashar and Valentino were quick to arrive as soon as I called SERVPRO for help. They came in, assessed the situation, and quick to remedy the flooding upstairs. We will definitely go through them to help us with the next step to get our home back to our normal. They were great to work with!!

I never have time to write reviews but the service I received from this SERVPRO team is definitely one that cannot be compared to! We had a leak in the past which led to mold. We previously hired another restoration company to fix this which appeared to have been fixed. Alas the mold raised its ugly head again so we decided to look for a more experienced company to come to our aid yet again. We were then referred by a friend to SERVPRO. Mr Tunde and his team wasted no time in coming out to us to inspect. They made us understand that there’s a difference between Mold Removal and Mold Remediation. This is where we may have been misled by the previous company. We agreed a day to get this fixed and they delivered to a very high professional standard and also in a very timely manner. We were very pleased with their service. We have now waited a while since completion before writing this review- to properly ascertain that the remediation is 100% done and YES we can confirm that they fixed it and we are so happy that finally, SERVPRO put an end to this nightmare of ours. We have now recommended them to at least 7 other friends and family of which they’ve served 3 and it’s been fed back to us that this team was very knowledgeable, professional and also delivered to high standards. Thank you again SERVPRO and team, keep up this great work you’re doing. Brentwood needs more of you!
