We called, they came out the next day. Kaiser was awesome. They sent Nick to tape up the bathroom. Nick was awesome, very personable, friendly. He came out Saturday just to check, when we told him we thought a fan had shut down!

Had a flood in kitchen, family room, hallway, bathroom, and Living room. Called Insurance company immediately and they referred us to Servpro.
