This was the second time I used SERVPRO in Avondale to repair water damage in my home. The first time was for mold in the ceiling after a shower drain leak and this recent one was for a clogged condensation drain in the AC unit (get yours cleaned regularly!). Both times they did a great job getting out the affected drywall neatly and identifying the issue. I am particularly happy with their performance on this last job. It was a holiday weekend and they came and took care of the problem at my home, which is a rental. I live out of state and it was short notice. The technician, communicated well with me and followed up to inspect the home at the earliest opportunity. The price was very reasonable and lower than I expected. They could have inflated the price greatly because I am out of state, but they have integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend their services if you want prompt and professional service without shenanigans. Keep up the great work!
I would like to loudly sing the praises of Mr. Davis and the other fellow who worked with him on drying out my walls and floor after my bathroom leak caused damage. Mr. Davis not only did his job extremely well, but took into consideration how stressful everything was for me. He and his partner had to move furniture and other things around to situate the fans, and they made sure to replace everything when the job was done. The site was left as tidy as possible. Please give these guys a great big bonus. They deserve it.
