I just wanted to thank you again for the customer service you provided yesterday. Not only did you Amanda come out to hopefully fix it with Devin because everybody else was too busy. But once you realized the situation you mobilized the troops and helped out trying to get that darn cabana off the house.
After realizing that taking the cabana roof down was too dangerous of a job and with another storm fast approaching, you didn’t just leave me, but you called the fire department and you came back to talk to them and explain what you have tried.

Our building had a pipe burst in our warehouse, we called SERVPRO at 2:30am and they arrived by 3:30am to extract all of the water. They set equipment and came back each day and checked on it. Our warehouse was dry and there wasnt even a bad smell from all the water.
