Monette Cleanup and Restoration

This was my first experience with SERVPRO of Jonesboro, and it was a great one. Jack took care of us in a timely and professional manner. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, and helped us understand the repair options. I really appreciate the prompt service and would recommend them to others.

My washer overflowed and flooded 3 rooms. Mike and Paul and Cohen worked on my house and got it in the dry in 4 days. They kept me informed about every step and showed me the pictures they took at every step. Then Jack, Rich and Pyle Flooring came in and installed my floor, painted, and finished the job. They were all so professional and very patient. They kept me informed along the way is issues arose or to show me their progress and insure I was happy. Thank you for making me stress a lot less! Answered all my questions almost before I asked them. Thank you for making this all easy and a lot more stress free! It is beautiful!

Servpro of Jonesboro did an excellent job of restoring our home after a pipe burst during the winter storm. Everyone from the demo and drying crews to the renovation crew were excellent to work with and got our home restored back to its full form and even better. I’m so thankful to Rich, Jack, Eric, and the great team at Servpro for being helpful, responsive, and great to deal with in a tough situation.

SERVPRO of Jonesboro was on our campus less than 4 hours after the fire at our elementary occurred. They worked quickly and efficiently to get water out of the building. They did an outstanding job with the demo and clean up of all salvageable material. They gave detailed reports daily of the progress and estimated time remaining before completion of the project. They were very organized and did an excellent job of cleaning up and leaving the site in great condition for the contractors to come in and begin repairs immediately. This occurred right before school started this year and their work helped to minimize repair time and allowed us to start school uninterrupted with all of our students in the building.

Servpro of Jonesboro was prompt, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Every team member I interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful. Whenever I called with questions, they were always responsive, and if someone didn’t immediately have an answer, they made sure to find one quickly.
