Located in northeastern Arkansas is a small farming community known as Bay. This town is occupied by a small population of younger adults who migrated from bigger cities. Bay is a part of the upper Delta region of Arkansas that runs along the Mississippi River. There is not much aquatic and riparian wildlife due to the river engineering that has been done to the waterways. They did an outstanding job with the demo and clean up of all salvageable material. They gave detailed reports daily of the progress and estimated time remaining before completion of the project.
