Nitro, West Virginia is a small, but growing city that has been incorporated since 1932. Nitro is directly off the Kanawha river and is known to be the living memorial to World War I, receiving its name from factories making Nitrocellulose during the gunpowder shortage. Absolutely Excellent Service! Brian the construction manager immediately put all my worries to rest. They sent a crew out that was led by Dylan and he provided the utmost outstanding leadership and my home was mitigated entirely in one day with the assistance of James.
Sherry from the office called and made sure that all the information provided to her was correct and it was. I had a really bad experience with a previous mitigation company and SERVPRO came in and performed like soldiers and turned the whole situation around and everything is back in order.
