Elkview, is a small town tucked away in Kanawha County West Virginia. Elkview has a small population and is mostly a residential town. Elkview is the home of Herbert Hoover High School home of the Huskies. In 2016 Elkview was devastated by a flood following heavy rain, many residents lost their homes. Herbert Hoover High was washed away leaving the area with out a school. Famous country music singer Brad Paisley made a generous donation to rebuild the school which is expected to be finished in 2024. In the heart of Elkview is a shopping center with many big named fast food restaurants and big named stores like Kroger. In 2016 locals banded together and created the Elk River Museum containing information of the towns history dating back to when Native American's settled on the land.
Despite Elkview being a small safe town, it is still susceptible to water, fire, and storm damage. Absolutely Excellent Service! Brian the construction manager immediately put all my worries to rest. They sent a crew out that was led by Dylan and he provided the utmost outstanding leadership and my home was mitigated entirely in one day with the assistance of James.
Sherry from the office called and made sure that all the information provided to her was correct and it was. I had a really bad experience with a previous mitigation company and SERVPRO came in and performed like soldiers and turned the whole situation around and everything is back in order.

SERVPRO done a water damage job for me on my floors, they looked so good I had them to do more floors and also had them redo my bathroom installing a bigger shower .. best decision I ever made.
