April Showers bring basement water issues…..and Shawn and his crew came to the rescue. My Tech hero’s Superman, Thor and Spiderman - or otherwise known as Rojay, Jay and Leon - were dedicated, respectful of my property and my time, and very personable and fun - helping to take some of the stress out of the situation. They worked in unbearable heat on the day when we were finally able to do the demo and they never let that get to them. It’s nice to have a team of workers that never grumble and groan - but rather just get right to work and make it as enjoyable as one can. Sidney is worth a mention a well - she was very personable and helpful, and also has a good sense of humor to help make an ugly issue tolerable. My basement is now dry and no longer stinks. We had significant water damage in April of this year. Shaun Durbin and his team from Serv Pro of Southern Kenosha Coiunty acted fast, followed up and kept our damage bill lower by their quick action. Shawn was honest, communicated well and worked with our insurance company. He returned my calls and got back to me propmptly even though it was a very busy time for his crew. I would give him my higest recomendation and would not hesitate to tell family and friends to contact him for any restoration needs.

Eric and ServPro have been amazing to work with. We flooded back in April and now on our third contractor. Eric and the ServPro team has been one of the few professionals in the industry who can be trusted. He had basically held our hand throughout the process and truly cares about the customer. What a wonderful Crew. After working so hard to get the water out of the lower level of our home and save our possessions during the first round of flooding - including leaving us with a completely dry carpet, the unrelenting rain of the past weekend completely negated their efforts BUT they squeezed us in on VERY SHORT notice to dry us out again. Thanks to Eric, Shawn, Sidney, Jay, Robert, and Leon for saving us again!!!!

Leon, Jay, and Rojay were the 3 gentlemen working on our grandparents property in Trevor after the recent flooding. They were courteous, professional, attentive to details, and proactive. They helped greatly to timely restore the damages this basement suffered. 10/10 will be recommending this company to anyone I know in this area next time there's any need.
