I have used SERVPRO of Pewaukee and Sussex twice for work my clients needed done. One was water and mold remediation from an unattended and later flooded hot tub room and the second for bio clean up. The customer service was beyond expectations and to my surprise included helping my client move some plants and shoveling her driveway!! The work was prompt, done with care and done correctly. I've never had to deal with water damage in my home, but we had an issue with our washing machine's water hose coming off and flooding a few rooms and basement. We caught it very early and dried it out as best we could. We called SERVPRO to have them assess our issue. Ryan and his team came out same day and assessed the situation as thoroughly as they possibly could. They determined we caught it quickly enough and didn't need to rip up my house to fix it. He was in a position where he absolutely could have told us we needed to and I would have believed him. If you ever have water damage in your home don't hesitate to call Ryan to help. Very impressed!
I am very happy with the cleaning services that SERVPRO provided for my basement. It was full of concrete dust and they removed all of it from the overhead pipes and duct work. No more fine dust everywhere! Thank you.
