Johan and Ryan and their crew were amazing. After water damage affected all 3 floors in our home, they promptly showed up and started getting our house back together. There was ceiling, wall, and floor repair work and the crew understood exactly what was needed, while also being respectful of our working-from-home situation during COVID. They were in communication with us at each step and answered our many questions. They stopped by regularly to check on the dehumidifiers and always called before showing up. Ryan and Johan are professional, considerate and we're very grateful to have SERVPRO's help during a tough time.
Johan van Niekerk called me within 30 minutes of me calling SERVPRO and giving the receptionist the information why I called. He set up a time to come see just what the issue was. Luckily I had a minor moisture from the water leak from the unit above me. Explained everything and told me what I needed to do and that I would not have to file a claim as it was an easy fix.
