"In the heat of COVID19 and massive rain our sum-pump and back-up failed. Our basement was flooding. SERVPRO Kenosha came out IMMEDIATELY (same day) and began to extract the water. They practiced social distancing and began the dry out process within hours of our flooding resulting in less damage to our home. Our Project Manager was Eric who was very customer service centered.
