Ashwaubenon Cleanup and Restoration

The carpet that we got done was black and it kind of stunk. Servpro was there the day after we called and when they were all done it looked like they put new carpet in. 😄 It smelt amazing and besides for a few permanent, small stains, the carpet was white.

This team was terrific, my contact was Jeremy and he’s terrific, my lead today was Mike, the whole team was fantastic, totally up front and honest, told me what I needed and didn’t need, I would never consider any other company

I came home on a Friday night to find water pouring down from the upstairs into my finished basement. After turning off the water I called Servpro. I received an immediate call back from a Manager asking for details. Even though it was a Friday night he suggested I get someone there sooner than later. He already had a crew busy but was still able to get another crew from Appleton. They came and did a great job, they were very mindful of my house and put down plastic and protectants all over. The lead on the crew was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. They had obviously experienced this same thing before and had a plan and a process for immediate clean up. They eventually suggested a plan to build tubes forcing air into the walls and ceiling once initial clean up was done. They returned the next day and setup a perimeter that dried out the areas needed, leaving the other areas unaffected. All members of the team were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They came back multiple times to test the dryness and confirm I could begin the remodel process. From the original people that came and helped to the transition to the next group that handled the remodel they were great. The office contact did a great job explaining who I talked with next and how the process worked with my insurance company etc. I really cant think of anything they could have done better. Wanted to give a shoutout to the team at ServPro! We had a minor flood in our duplex basement due to excessive melting/rain and sump pumps failed. Mike, Alyssa, Ben, Brent, Zach (and many more names I don’t remember) made it easy trusting each step of the way with the detour process. Communication was spot on and we were able to work around our tenants busy schedules! Highly recommended and will call again for any future needs! Thank you so much!

When an unexpected leak happened in our kitchen ServPro did an amazing job at restoring our floor and putting everything back together! I cannot say enough great things about our project manager Justine. She was absolutely amazing in every way! She stayed on top of everything, responded quickly and showed that she truly cared about getting our space back to normal. I always appreciate working with someone who is great at communication! We love how everything turned out and would highly recommend using ServPro to any of our friends or family.

Servepro is great to work with. Friendly staff. But, one of the subcontractors left quite a mess of their dried drywall on the floor. I would definitely recommend them again

Ben and the rest of the team did a great job. They were with me the entire way through the process and made sure everything was done correctly.

We are so thankful for the incredible service Servpro provided for our family! We called close to midnight with our basement flooding due to sump pump failure. Alyssa and Mike were here immediately, with the utmost care, professionalism and the reassurance during a stressful time. They took care of everything, and amazingly got everything dried out quick enough to not need extensive work. We can’t say enough about the kindness of Alyssa and Mike and their dedication at all hours of the day to help us. Thank you so much for everything!
