Matt Butler came out to check out the attic space in our new home thats located roughly 45 minutes outside of Spokane after the inspection came back with supposed evidence of mold, he not only communicated with me before his arrival but he was incredibly kind and wound up not finding a single bit of mold up there. Cracks in our basement foundation caused slow accumulation of water leakage resulting in mold damage in our downstairs bedroom. Drywall had to be removed and replaced. Jason Durica and Ryan Sims performed the tear out and repair. Their repair work was flawless. There is no indication in the finished walls that any repair had been performed. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend SERVPRO for any required remediation work. Both Jason and Ryan were professional, courteous, efficient and hard working.
Travis and Chris came out and started the water damage process. They both were helpful and answered all my questions.

We had the unfortunate experience of coming home to our basement flooded in Mead. Of course, it was during a holiday weekend. Luckily, Servpro was there within the hour and took care of mitigating ASAP! We plan to use them for the renovation as well. Huge shoutout to D’ontay, Ralf, and Ken for being a help in the process! Editing to add that Tanya, Matty & Matthew did a great job in hauling all the damaged furniture and garbage! Thank you guys so much!
