We noticed we had a potential laundry room leak in the floor, which turned out to be a leak in the wall. We immediately called our insurance company who recommended SERVPRO of Kirkland, and within 20 minutes of the phone call, they were in route to our house to assess the damage. The crew was professional, and walked us through the process, and immediately began damage control. What made us even more impressed, was Kirk who put our minds at ease telling us they will take care of everything from damage to handling our Insurance company. We didn't do much, and SERVPRO did everything for us, and made a stressful situation so easy to manage. Any questions we had, they were there for us. Thanks SERVPRO, we won't hesitate to use again, and highly recommend them.

David went above and beyond during his inspection and gave me honest advise and details of what was going on. good restoration company
A great help in a very difficult situation The entire team at SERVPRO has been very helpful and responsive. We had a hot water pipe break under the home and it caused us to remove half of the floors in the home. It took over 13 months to get it move in ready. The team was very helpful with finding a contractor, packing up everything, and most importantly they suggested bringing the items back in waves so it was less overwhelming. A big thank you goes to Ashley for coordinating and communicating with us and her team.
SERVPRO team that came to my home did an excellent job of putting everything back in place and they went the extra mile in getting my closet doors up and my windows fixed right.
