I am writing this email to thank SERVPRO for the service and response Mr. Michael Johnson provided the City of Winchester. I contacted SERVPRO to conduct an air quality test of some office space. Prior to the site visit I was contacted by Mr. Johnson so he would have a better feel for what to expect upon his arrival. By the end of the conversation he decided that a visual site inspection be completed prior to any air samples being taken. On the day of our scheduled appointment, Mr. Johnson arrived at the designated time and conducted a thorough inspection of the property. During the inspection he explained in a clear and precise manner, what he was looking for and how that specific item may be a potential hazard. Within a few days I was provided with a detailed report of Mr. Johnson’s visit with recommendations on how to proceed with addressing any issues.
