Wichita Falls customers are saying
Robert and Jose were amazing doing duct cleanings Robert and Jose did really good at the cleaning. You must give them a call. I my husband and I was very happy at the work. They did a fantastic job and finished within an hour and 15 minutes. Unbelievable Walla thank you man.
Andrew Palacious and his crew were very efficient and always on time. They answered all my questions and concerns. I would definetly recommend them for water damage and mold
We had a drain backup in our laundry room which caused water to pool under the wall and vinyl flooring and into the kitchen. I called Servpro and they were able to send Zack and Matt out within the hour and this was on a Saturday afternoon. They explained what they needed to do to resolve the issue. Very courteous and informative professionals. The floors and wall are now completely dry. Hopefully, I won’t need Servpro again but if I do please send Zack and Matt.
Prince and Robert were amazing at cleaning our AC ducts. They told me step by step on what they were doing and how they were doing it. They were also so kind about my curious cat wanting attention from them 😂 picture attached to see just how dirty the ducts were.
Robert and Jose were amazing cleaning out my vents during remodeling, will recommend them and servepro to family and friends
It is said that people hire people who are like themselves. For the last two days I have been dealing with a problem with my ac unit and was sent two young men from Servpro that should be acknowledged. Knowing nothing about what I was getting in with the water damage, wet carpet, and all that goes into something of this caliber, I was and am so thankful to have Zack and Alex enter my home. Every question I had was not only answered kindly and in a caring manner, details of the events I would be going through was spelled out for me. In this day and age it is such a blessing to find these two men that actually care about what they are doing as well as how they treat others. Thank you to Servpro for hiring people to work for them like the company that hired them has to be. Honest, kind, dependable, and knowledgeable. Respectfully Offered, SD
