I had a condo listed for sale when the unit above mine had a water leak and damaged the sheet rock and paint in four rooms in my condo. I don’t live near the Dallas area, so I called Brian with SERVPRO of East Dallas and they were on site within 2 hours. He expertly assessed the damage and by the end of the day had 7 drying units working to dry out my unit. Brian did a great job communicating the damage and the drying out process to me using pictures, text messages and FaceTime. Brian kept me up to date for the 8 days it took to dry out my unit (lots of water), removing the damaged sheetrock and drying out the wooden structure behind the sheet rock. Brian also did a great job working directly with my insurance company to get them the documentation they needed to cover my claim – my insurance adjuster even commented that Brian was great to work with. Since my condo needed to get back on the market, Brian made a special effort to get his crews on site quickly to get the sheet rock and painting repairs completed for me, even working Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. My realtor checked their work and verified that Brian and his team did a first class repair job on my condo’s walls and ceiling. Brian and his team at SERVPRO of East Dallas did a phenomenal job drying out and making the needed repairs to my condo, all without me ever traveling to Dallas.
