I called Servpro and they were able to send Zack and Matt out within the hour and this was on a Saturday afternoon. They explained what they needed to do to resolve the issue. It is said that people hire people who are like themselves. For the last two days I have been dealing with a problem with my ac unit and was sent two young men from Servpro that should be acknowledged. Knowing nothing about what I was getting in with the water damage, wet carpet, and all that goes into something of this caliber, I was and am so thankful to have Zack and Alex enter my home. Every question I had was not only answered kindly and in a caring manner, details of the events I would be going through was spelled out for me. In this day and age it is such a blessing to find these two men that actually care about what they are doing as well as how they treat others.
