When the Cedar Creek Reservoir was built in the 1960s, several communities formed around it to take advantage of the new resource, both to make a life around the lake and also as an opportunity for business ventures. One of these communities is Seven Points. As of the 2010 Census, the city has a population of 1,455 people, and continues growing from there. The reason the city got its name is actually quite clever: seven different roads consisting of two state highways (coming from three directions), a farm-to-market road, and three county roads all converge into one intersection, and the city sprung up around it. With the Cedar Creek Reservoir close by, many people elect to live there, and many additionally come through to visit the lake during the weekend. Like many of the other communities around the lake, Seven Points remains a popular destination.

I recently used your company for water and mold remediation from my residence. The process took some time as expected, air samples were taken and an analysis was made. I realize SERVPRO had no say in the time it took for the hygienist to complete their portion of the process. In regards to SERVPRO of Mesquite, the supervisor was quick in responding to calls and had the crews on site when promised. The work performed was done quickly and there was no mess left over for me or my wife to clean.
I just want to take a few minutes to commend Jerry and his crew for a excellent job. They were friendly and informative of everything going on. Jerry took me under the house to explain the dehumidifier. I am very confident my mold and moisture problems will be abated significantly by what they did. They even left the crawlspace cleaner than some of the homes I've ever seen.
