Seven Points Cleanup and Restoration

Larry, Tim and team were great when I had a water emergency. They came out in the middle of the night and were extremely courteous and explained every step as they removed water and damaged flooring from my home. The demo team worked quick and efficiently. I plan to use them for reconstruction once everything is worked out with the insurance adjusters.

Servpro did a great job handling the reconstruction of my home associated with a major water damage event. From the very start, Barbara increased my comfort with her professional and caring nature. They did a great job working with the insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be addressed was addressed. Then they went about the deconstruction and reconstruction of the interior of my home. Time was of essence, and they treated my project with urgency throughout the process. Kevin was the project manager that ensured everything was finished on time and with high quality. He went the extra mile to ensure that all of my interest were known and addressed. In the end, the folks at Servpro felt like trusted friends as they earned my trust through the course of the project. I had a flood occur in my home in Kemp and Tim responded quickly to my home and evaluated the damage. His crew was quickly behind him with the equipment needed. Sam was in charge and was excellent in directing his crews. He took great care of my belongings and cleaned meticulously after the demolition that was needed. Tim was very responsive and very communicative with me during the entire process.

I have been very impressed with the work of the group that worked on my problem. Tim, Jacob, Sam, Danny and Larry were all polite and professional while answering any questions I had and going well over the expectations i had going in .

We had a toilet supply line fitting shatter in an upstairs bath, flooding that area, the adjacent bedroom floor, and the ceiling and floor below in the kitchen, dining room, and connecting hallway. Our insurance company sent out the SERVPRO team to handle the mitigation process - Restoration Supervisor Danny, team members Sam, Jacob, Trey, and Larry, and Emergency Response Manager Tim. We could not be happier with the team and the services they provided over the past few days! I told the insurance company to make sure they noted that we give the SERVPRO guys six stars out of five. A special shout-out to Danny, the onsite supervisor and team leader. He - and all of his team - paid particular attention to detail, explained everything they were doing so that there were no questions on our part, and completely treated our house as if it were their own. We appreciate more than we can fully describe how much we appreciate Danny's kindness and patience. His expertise is over the top. Thank you, SERVPRO! And now we head to the restoration process!
