Piedmont Addition is a neighborhood in the southeastern part of Dallas County, Texas. The boundaries are loosely defined as Highway 175 (CF Hawn Freeway) to the west, Loop 12 to the east and Highway 352 (Scyene Road) to the north. It is somewhat triangular in shape.  Residents most commonly identify their ethnicity or ancestry as Mexican (64.0%). In addition, 32.4% of the residents of this neighborhood were born in another country.

Many of the residences in the Piedmont Addition neighborhood are older, well-established, built between 1940 and 1969 with a second wave of residences built between 1970 and 1999.  Piedmont Addition is a great place to be which can be noted by an extremely low vacancy rate.  Real estate in the area is primarily made up of small sized to medium single-family homes.  With most properties falling into the age range of 25-80 years old, the homes are comfortable, older homes that may need a little TLC.  Older hardwood floors typically are very sturdy, seemingly much more so that new hardwood floors.  The downside of older properties is that there is older plumbing, electrical and roofing that may cause the need to call a water damage restoration or fire damage restoration company to assist with issues that may arise.  Regardless of whether a structure is old or new, it is always a good preparedness step to have a trusted, experienced water damage restoration and fire damage restoration company identified before anything happens.

Notable places to visit in the neighborhood are Piedmont Ridge Trail and Grover C. Keeton Golf Course.  Though there are a handful of other great parks to choose from like Roosevelt Park, Devon Park, Gateway Park and Umphress Park.  Piedmont Ridge Trail is a short 1.3 mile out and back trail with some moderate hills to get your blood pumping while enjoying nature just a hop, skip and a jump away from downtown Dallas.  Grover C. Keeton Golf Course is an 18-hole public course with practice greens, a driving range and fantastic management.  As an added bonus, the Great Trinity Forest borders the community to the west giving quick access to the 6,000 acre park.

Excellent service! They showed up on time and put all my concerns at ease after we had a roof leak that caused mold to start growing in the attic insulation and second floor ceiling. The mold is gone now and everything is just as it was before it happened! The customer service was excellent too, they were so nice and made sure all of my questions were answered. 10/10 experience.
