SERVPRO of Dallas Central

I woke up one morning to a sea of water in my back yard that was quickly flowing into the crawlspace of my recently purchased home.  It also flowed into all of my neighbors yards as well. This was all caused by the city.  SERVPRO was right down the street and was there to help us immediately.  The city and my insurance refused to pay so SERVPRO worked with us to get it dried at a reasonable price.  Many thanks guys!!

I'm head of maintenance at a complex in the Cedars.  We had a drain that backed up from outside one of our units.  SERVPRO was there very quickly to take care of things.  We had another unit while they were there that wanted us to look at an issue.  SERVPRO came along to check it out and helped us identify where the leak was coming from and then get things dried out.  Couldn't be more thankful that we called these guys.

We bought a house but found out later that there was some major odor issues.  We tore out the carpet and repainted but it was still there.  This SERVPRO team worked a miracle.  They did several things like fogging and using a special cleaner.  They were fantastic, absolutely give them a call!

One of my rental properties had a sewage backup outside.  I needed someone immediately to clean it up and make sure it was sanitary for my tenants.  I called SERVPRO and they were extremely professional and said they could be there promptly....and they were.  Great service is hard to find these days, but not for this team.  I was very impressed and would recommend.

I called these SERVPRO guys on a Saturday afternoon.  They were promptly over to my house to inspect the damage from my leaky hot water heater.  I wanted an estimate first before proceeding and they were more than happy to do that and do it quickly so I could make a decision and get moving on things.  They were here 4 days and couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating.  I would absolutely recommend them.
