Recently our dishwasher emptied water into our kitchen, dining room, family room and hallway. This happened around 10:30 P. M. We immediately called SERVPRO 24 hour service. We received professional and caring assistance from the moment the call center answered through the arrival of Brett Lundy, service representative, and his team.
In less than two hours Brett and his team suctioned and soaked up the water covering our tile in the kitchen and hardwood floors in the other areas. Brett placed fans and dehumidifiers in the wet areas for seven days. He stopped by throughout the week to make sure the equipment was working and drying the floors. Brett was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He was kind considerate and very professional. He explained to us the drying process and answered any questions we had each day. We highly recommend Service Pro and Brett Lundy should you have flooding in your home.
