I want to thank the cleaning crew that came to our store today. We were having issues with a bad smell for a couple of weeks. They were diligent to the details at the time to clean the restrooms and hallways, and get rid of the smell. I haven't seen the restrooms that clean and smelling good in a long time. Everyone at the store just says great things about it and how the crew went the extra mile. Huge shout out to Raquel and crew for taking care of us.

We were prepping our baptistry for Easter Sunday service on Thursday and accidentally left it running that morning. Recently our dishwasher emptied water into our kitchen, dining room, family room and hallway. This happened around 10:30 P. M. We immediately called SERVPRO 24 hour service. We received professional and caring assistance from the moment the call center answered through the arrival of Brett Lundy, service representative, and his team.In less than two hours Brett and his team suctioned and soaked up the water covering our tile in the kitchen and hardwood floors in the other areas. Brett placed fans and dehumidifiers in the wet areas for seven days. He stopped by throughout the week to make sure the equipment was working and drying the floors. Brett was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He was kind considerate and very professional. He explained to us the drying process and answered any questions we had each day. We highly recommend Service Pro and Brett Lundy should you have flooding in your home.
