Whether you're looking for restoration, cleaning or construction services in Oak Cliff, we're here to help 24/7.
Oak Cliff was originally settled by William Hord in 1837. At that time it was called Hord’s Ridge. The seeds were further sewn when John Armstrong and Thomas Marsalis bought a 320 farm west of the Trinity in 1886. In 1890, formal development occurred and it was renamed Oak Cliff. The genesis of the name being from the huge oak trees and subtle, green cliffs that permeate the area. Eventually in 1903, after struggling on it’s own, it was annexed by the city of Dallas. It would continue to feel separated from Dallas due to the Trinity River until further infrastructure was built out.
Oak Cliff contains smaller, well known areas like Cockrell Hill, Kessler, Bishop Arts District, Keist Park, Mountain Creek Lake and Wynnewood North. It is known as one of Dallas's oldest neighborhoods. In total, the area has about 290,000 residents and continues to grow. The growth has created the need for massive building of townhouses and apartment complexes. New buildings can have issues like plumbing fixtures that are installed incorrectly which can cause the need for water damage restoration. With the older part of Oak Cliff, outdated electrical systems can cause an increased chance of fire and the need for fire damage restoration. It is always a good idea to have a good water damage restoration and fire damage restoration at the ready.
Oak Cliff features many parks, golf courses and colleges like the prestigious Dallas National Golf Club, Stevens Park, Keist Park, Lake Cliff Park, and Dallas College-Mountain View. A fun fact, between 1906 and 1913, Lake Cliff Park was the site of an amusement park that rivaled Coney Island. It had a large theater, a roller skating rink, water rides, a roller coaster and a variety of other attractions. Among other attractions are the shops and restaurants in the Bishop Arts area along with it's own craft breweries in Oak Cliff Brewing and Bishop Cider. One of the most historic areas are the crossing at 10th & Patton and the Texas Theatre where police officer J.D. Tippet was shot and Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested respectively.
Famous ties to the area include the infamous duo Bonnie & Clyde who met and hung out in the area. Stevie Ray Vaughan, Dennis Rodman, and local radio legend Mike Rhyner are among others from the area.

I was out of town -- had to rush out after I noticed some leaking into my home and down my wall. Shane and crew took EXCELLENT care of me and kept me informed EVERY step of the way. Would recommend their operation every day and twice on Sunday!
They knew the insurance company's procedures and were able to deal with them directly, when necessary, which made the process much easier when my house was flooded.
Great experience! Shane was courteous, explained the process in detail, and completed the work within the expected timeline. I appreciate when people show up on time and deliver what was promised. Would use them again!
Awesome team of professionals. They know what they are doing, and trust them when they say "We'll take care of you".
Just 5 Stars!
