I've used SERVPRO of Hyde Park/Central Austin several times. Due to the quality of their work, their professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction, they have earned my complete trust. In my most recent experience, Mike, Cam, and Kevin were outstanding in their mitigation and rebuild work for structural damage from an AC leak. They were very detailed in their survey and explanation of required work. It's obvious that they take pride in their workmanship and reputation. Thermal expansion sprung a leak while we were on our vacation. Came home to damaged drywall, hot water heater tank housing, baseboard, and flooring damage. Called SERVPRO of Lake Travis, and Kevin our initial point of contact immediately took action. He leveraged the SERVPRO local network and got Mike and crew out to remediate the damage within 24 hours. They demo'd and setup all the fans, took daily moisture readings, inspected and remediated mold over the next 6 days until everything was dried and safe for next phase. Great service and communication throughout. Also, they worked well with my insurance company. Highly recommended.

Kevin Sessom and Mike were exceptional!! They got called into a complicated situation due to water damage and another flood restoration contractor being released from the job. These guys were consumate pros. They inventoried and packed out the other contractor's gear, instillled confidence regarding their ability to complete the job, worked quickly, cleaned up thoroughly, and communicated and provided timely updates during the entire process. If Kevin or Mike show up to mitigate your water catastrophe, you are in good hands-Thank you guys!!

I cannot thank ServePRO enough. In a time of complete loss and confusion, they were there to make me feel seen and heard. When I discovered the mold in my apartment complex, it was already too late. All of my stuff was covered. The complex did nothing (and still truly has done nothing), so I went and found servepro on my own. I am so grateful for how they calmed me down over the phone that initial day and for the way Brittni came in and took control of the entire dilema. I geninuely don't know what I would've done without them. Truthfully, all my stuff would probably still be sitting in my unit months later covered in mold if they did not step in. They're the BEST. Thank you Brittni and her team; they truly deserve all the praise in the world!
