Our business unfortunately had a water leak that was not visible until it was too late. Jeremy was very helpful with the remediation process. He was extremely responsive and got to us quickly and helped walk me through everything I needed to do. He was very knowledgeable in his field and made the remediation a breeze. Last week, we had an incident that required three phone calls, a plumber, ServPro, and the insurance agent. Vincent got assigned as the Mitigation Project Manager and was exceptionally prompt in responding. By close of business the next day, he had an estimate for the remediation. With all the T’s crossed, the next step was having a crew come out to get the work done. At the appointed time, Frank and Mariana arrived, explained in detail what needed to be done, and started. The amount of praise that needs to be given to these two is immeasurable. First, they worked efficiently and tirelessly without a break, and second, we were kept informed at every step. A situation like this can be very stressful. The ServPro team made sure it wasn’t. To say we would highly recommend them is an understatement.
My experience with SERVPRO actually didn't start out so well, as I worked with a project manager who didn't communicate well or move the project along. Apparently the company realized what wasn't working, because I was assigned a new project manager (Nick A) who has been awesome. Nick has been so communicative, so on top of it, and so friendly and easy to work with. He fixed issues that had been left over as if it was his personal responsibility to get everything done properly. He went above and beyond to get us to the finish line, which makes me wish every person I ever have to work with could be like Nick. I appreciate that SERVPRO was able to recognize an issue and pivot to a better solution. Thank you!

Thermal expansion sprung a leak while we were on our vacation. Came home to damaged drywall, hot water heater tank housing, baseboard, and flooring damage. Called SERVPRO of Lake Travis, and Kevin our initial point of contact immediately took action. He leveraged the SERVPRO local network and got Mike and crew out to remediate the damage within 24 hours. They demo'd and setup all the fans, took daily moisture readings, inspected and remediated mold over the next 6 days until everything was dried and safe for next phase. Great service and communication throughout. Also, they worked well with my insurance company. Highly recommended.
