SERVPRO came to the rescue . . . I was broke down on the side of the highway and (didn’t catch his name, or maybe I did but it was so hot my brain was fogged) I jumped out on my crutches to get fluid for my car out of the back and he stopped and stayed with me until my car cooled down and filled it up for me! Great customer service goes along ways, and if you’re reading this my girls and I THANK YOU! We made it safely to our destination??

I’m honestly surprised that you guys were able to get the musty smell off my hockey gear after it being in storage for a year.  During my move down to Waxahachie some of my packed stuff got wet and I didn’t think the mold could come off my jackets and winter shoes. Thanks for cleaning everything up and even giving me proof that it was clean with your test results. Very professional and fast delivery and drop off. Awesome job.

The staff was very courteous and timely on each visit.  At each visit, I was advised on the progress being made regarding corrective action.  On the last visit, the representative did a final check on all areas and advised water saturation levels were back to normal and suggested removal of equipment.  Very pleased with the job done.
