Jeddo, Texas is a small unincorporated community located in Bastrop County. Founded in 1874, the town is situated approximately 26.9 miles South of Bastrop, TX and about 58 miles South East of Austin. Jeddo is a small town who last census was recorded in the year 2000 with a total of 75 people. The Jeddo area is entirely served by the Smithville Independent School District, approximately 18 miles to the northeast.
