Servpro of Houston Heights recently completed water remediation, construction and pack in/out for our home. Throughout the process, the entire team were professional and expedient. He and his team began the job and completed the project to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Jorge Reyes worked closely with our home insurance to ensure that funding for the project was released. We had considerable damage inside our walls after the summer of storms and called SERVPro to come out and demo and reconstruct the areas where we had damaged. I was very impressed with the team! They finished quickly, showed up immediately. They were very communicative about progress and costs. Importantly, they worked very cleanly and there was very little dust after they were done. I have a lot of trust in them and appreciated their expertise in getting the house back to 100%.
