Argyle Cleanup and Restoration

My daughter is building a house and had 2 areas of water intrusion that caused the ceiling to be stained. The drywall people cut out the drywall and there was a concern that mold may have developed on the framing wood. Trebor came out with some special equipment to check for mold and reassured us that there was no significant mold problem. To allay our fears, he fumigated the area before the drywall team repaired the area with new drywall. Trebor was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. If we ever have need from the services that Servpro of Highland Village/ Denton provides, they will be our first call.

We had a wonderful experience with Servpro of Highland Village. Payton showed up at 6am the day of our house flood, and made sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible. Kristian and Alex took over the job and came daily to ensure that we had everything we need and that our home was drying out adequately. They were kind, prompt, and very efficient. We remained in our home throughout demolition and the whole team made sure to communicate what they were doing, put up tarps where necessary to limit our disruption, etc. We were so pleased that we are now using Serve Pro Highland Village to also complete the reconstruction now that Water Mitigation is complete!

Very happy with our experience here. When I told the team about the initial water leakage issue, they came out the next day. From there, they stayed in constant communication and upfront about the process and pricing. They cleanup and construction were exactly what we were expecting! Highly recommend them for anyone in a similar situation as we were.
