Westel is a small community on the Eastern side of Cumberland County Tennessee. It is tucked between State Highway 70 and Interstate 40. As of 2022 Westel is the home of the Flatrock Motorsports Park. This is an almost 800-acre area that includes a racetrack and a bevy of amenities.
