Not our first waterline problem in 52 years of marriage but it was definitely the best experience. SERPRO is one the finest and most professional companies we have ever worked with. The water abatement crew of Paul and Fred were not only knowledgeable and talented but truly sympathetic to our needs and artists when disassembling our four damaged rooms. They or backup crews were engaged daily ensuring all was perfectly dry before turning us over to reconstruction. We couldn't be more pleased, although we won't miss the sound of fans and dehumidifiers in our house. You cannot go wrong with Rapid City SERPRO.
I called Servpro today and within a couple hours I believe the general. manager came out and assessed our situation and by noon Christian and Ashley showed up. They explained in detail what was going to happen. The job was done within the hour. They both were very professional and had a gitterdone attitude. There was a large rust spot that I had no expectations of them getting out but they did. Very impressed with the whole experience. So grateful for a job well done.
